It’s a solidly built off-road board that not only looks awesome but its a great performer too.
It has a maximum rider weight capacity of 260 lbs and requires a minimum rider weight of 44 lbs in order to activate the board’s sensors, which means this is also a suitable hoverboard for kids aged 7 years upwards as well as adults.
The board itself weighs 32 lbs and is made from aluminum which makes it strong enough to handle a heavier weight capacity whilst being durable against impact damage and the knocks, scraps, and bumps that you will inevitably incurr overtime.
Dual 400W motors give the Rover X a combined 800W of power which enables it to reach a top speed of 10 mph and handle inclines up to 20 degrees steep.
As an all-terrain hoverboard you can use this electric balance scooter on sand, mud, dirt, grass, gravel, rubble, slush, and light snow.

The EpikGo Classic is an off-road hoverboard which has a weight limit of 240 lbs, making it a great hoverboard option for heavy adults.
The solidly built 31 lbs aluminum alloy body doesn’t strain under the weight of heavier users, and offers a sturdy well-balanced riding experience.
The minimum weight limit required to make the board work is 44 lbs which means the EpikGo Classic is also a good hoverboard for kids.
Dual 400W motors help to give it a top speed of 10 mph and impressive acceleration, which means it’s able to compete with some of the fastest hoverboards on the market.

Firstly, the board's weight limit is 220 lbs, so although not the biggest it still makes the list because this is a truly great all-round hoverboard.

It comes equipped with 10.5 inch tubeless pneumatic vacuum tires which have anti-skid and shock absorbing qualities and which can make easy work of off-road terrain like dirt, mud, grass, and gravel. The hoverboard has an IP54 rating which means it can be used in wet conditions.
The body of the board has been made from aircraft-grade magnesium alloy which is strong yet lightweight, weighing a total of only 28 lbs, which is impressively light considering it can handle up to 220 lbs of weight.
It takes around 2-4 hours to charge the lithium-ion battery which delivers a very impressive range of 13.7 miles on a single charge, which is fantastic by any hoverboard standards!
Segway’s Smart Battery Management System prevents the battery from overheating and can report on the battery’s performance in real-time in terms of temperature, current, voltage, and power levels.

All of the LED light sets are fully customizable via the Segway app which you can pair with your device via the Bluetooth functionality.
The Segway app also allows you to adjust the steering sensitivity of the hoverboard as well as its max speed. This allows you to make the board easier or more difficult to ride depending on who's using it.
